The Harbor View Experience
Guests enter amidst the mouthwatering scents of freshly grilled food wafting in the air. Moving on one will immediately notice the illuminated sushi bar brightly decorated with Japanese lanterns on one side and the soothing sounds of a waterfall on the other. Then there are the aquariums filled with the day’s freshest catch of fish, crabs, lobster and much more. Another landmark are the rows upon rows of pictures on the wall featuring the famous people who have enjoyed the Harbor View experience through the years. Being reassured that you are in good company, you can choose to sit in the dining room or in the pier, which is built on stilts stretching into the sea.
The extensive menu is the confluence of the great chefs of the west, the exotic cuisines of the far east and traditional Filipino specialties. All are cooked using the freshest ingredients and aimed at satisfying even the most discerning customers. Moreover, the menu is always complemented by daily and weekly specials and the chefs are always ready to accommodate requests from our guests.
Guest are encouraged to choose the seafood from our aquariums as well as the way to cook/prepare the dishes. Our aquariums stock the freshest lobsters, prawns, shrimps, lapu-lapu (groupers), catfish, golden tilapia (kingfish), oysters, mussels, clams, crabs and abalone. Moreover our grillers use volcanic rocks to barbecue just about everything from lobster and prawns, fish, chicken, beef, pork and most of the time, cuttlefish. Your server will be happy to help you with your decisions and inform you of the most ordered items.
